Hello, It’s party time! It’s also the start of our 50th year of business unusual. We’re excited to celebrate right here in our Mag Mile retail store. Join us for conversations around regenerative organic agriculture, corporate and grassroots activism—and the importance of weaving environmental and social justice into the fabrics we wear.Â
Bring your cup for happy hour(s), that old jacket you’ve been meaning to repair (we can do light repairs in store). Pastries, coffee, food, drinks, will be on hand, and a glimpse into what we’re asking ourselves: What’s Next?
Â
We'll start off the day when we open with pastries and refreshments for guests in the store. At 2 pm we'll be serving more food provided by Cafecito and beverages to our guests as we'll have some of our local nonprofit groups in the house to speak with you about the work they do locally. Including; Out Our Front Door, People for Community Recovery, Fresh Water Future, and more! We'll also have Tailwind Cycles in the store getting staff and OOFD tour guides bikes ready for National Bike to Work Week and beyond. When we close up the shop we'll have a short film followed by a panel discussion led by our nonprofit groups as we look forward to the next 50 years of work that lies ahead.
